SUP Yoga
We wait all year for summer and now it's in full swing! So lets spend some time on the water and try something new like Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga. SUP Yoga is a new trend in the fitness world and its been sweeping through the nation. When paddling your core body is targeted and during the yoga segment you will find balance along with a total body workout. This class is 90 minutes long and in that time we will paddle to our spot, enjoy a 60 minute flow and then paddle back. Each SUP Yoga class will be an adventure, so live a little, join me on the water and lets flow. Namaste!

Program Details
  Where: Billington Sea Kayak Shop in Plymouth
Cost: $35.00 per person (ages 16+)
Instructors: BSK Staff

Price includes 90 minutes of instruction (SUP orientation, paddling and yoga session) and all of the gear that you’ll need (SUP board, paddle, and PFD). No Prior SUP or Yoga experience required. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, close-toed water shoes, and a smile! Group size limited to 10 paddlers per session to allow for maximum attention and fun! Cancellations made by our staff due to heavy rain or high winds will result in a full refund. Click here to view our  Cancellation Policy.
